1. Commitment
Site Guard 365 aims to make its public website usable for a broad range of visitors and to improve accessibility as the website evolves. Accessibility is an ongoing process, not a one-time certification.
2. Measures we aim to use
- Readable text sizes and contrast.
- Keyboard-accessible navigation and controls where practical.
- Responsive layouts and touch-friendly controls.
- Meaningful headings, labels and alternative text for informative images.
- Reduced-motion support for users who request it.
- Testing on common browsers, devices and assistive-technology patterns.
3. Limitations
Third-party widgets, embedded media, legacy content, PDFs, plugins or platform interfaces may not meet the same standard and may be outside our source-code control. We will consider practical alternatives when a specific barrier is reported.
4. Report a barrier
Email policy@siteguard365.com with the page URL, device/browser, assistive technology, the task you were trying to complete and the barrier. We will make a good-faith effort to provide an alternative or address a confirmed issue within a reasonable time.
5. Client accessibility work
Accessibility audits and remediation for client websites are separate scoped services. No automated tool or single audit can guarantee complete legal or technical compliance.
