Final availability follows the entitlement returned for the activated site. The summary below is intentionally practical rather than an unlimited-feature promise.

Core

Free Foundation

Basic plugin data and foundational WooCommerce integration remain available where the installed build permits them.

  • Plugin installation and WooCommerce dependency checks
  • Core data remains preserved when paid entitlement changes
  • Upgrade prompts for premium or Business capabilities
Business

Tokens & Advanced Control

For higher-volume partners that need reusable tokens and deeper allowance operations.

  • Business token creation, expiry, usage and refill
  • CID Allowance Adjuster for qualifying orders
  • Token management, deleted-token recovery and advanced summaries
Security & Reliability

Controls designed around verified requests and accountable access.

No plugin can guarantee that an external API is always available, but SG365 CID can make the request path more controlled, observable and recoverable.

AJAX verification controlsCapability, nonce, input and workflow checks can protect sensitive administrator actions.
Captcha and rate limitingReduce automated front-end requests and repeated customer attempts.
Duplicate IID handlingReuse an existing successful result instead of consuming quota or calling the API again.
Masked license keysShow status information without displaying the full activated SG365 entitlement.
Scheduled license refreshReact when the server reports an expired, suspended, deleted or domain-reset state.
Logged operationsConnect requests with orders, tokens, users, dates and results for operational review.

01Does SG365 CID automatically email the Confirmation ID?
The supplied plugin description states that the CID is displayed instantly on the form and logged for reference rather than automatically emailed. A separate email option can add allowance information and the Get CID page link to eligible WooCommerce messages.
02What happens if the primary API service fails?
The configured fallback endpoint can be attempted before the request is finally marked as failed. External API availability still remains outside the plugin's direct control.
03Can a successful CID be reused without consuming another request?
Yes. When the same verified order or email and Installation ID combination already produced a successful CID, duplicate handling can return that result without reducing the allowance again.
04How does a WooCommerce product unlock CID requests?
Enable the CID limit on the product or variation. Each purchased quantity can unlock the configured number of requests, which the plugin tracks against the relevant order.
05What is a Business token?
A reusable token that can identify a customer entitlement without requiring a normal WooCommerce order number on every request. Administrators can define request limits and an optional expiry date.
06Can staff access be limited?
User Manager can assign hidden, read or write access to individual plugin pages for selected users, while administrators retain full control.
07What happens when the premium license expires or is suspended?
The license guard can disable Premium or Business capabilities when the verification service reports an invalid state. Stored plugin information should not be presented here as automatically deleted.
