What does Site Guard 365 do?
Website, ecommerce, WordPress, custom plugin, app, maintenance, security, performance, SEO, analytics, advertising and social-media operations.
Do you guarantee that my website cannot be hacked?
No responsible provider can. We reduce known risk, test within scope and communicate findings while the client maintains backups, access hygiene and ongoing updates.
Will you guarantee Google rankings, sales or ad results?
No. Platforms control algorithms, auctions and policies. We improve structure, tracking, campaigns and landing experience but cannot guarantee outcomes.
What if Google Ads, Merchant Center, Meta, YouTube or Instagram suspends my account?
We can review and support remediation if included. The platform controls the decision, timeline and reinstatement.
Can you build custom WordPress plugins and themes?
Yes. Features, permissions, integrations, source delivery, testing and maintenance are defined in the proposal. Future updates may require more work.
Do you provide maintenance after launch?
Yes. Plans can include updates, backups, checks, minor tasks, security oversight, performance and reporting.
Who owns the website and accounts?
The client should remain owner of domain, hosting and platform accounts. Custom deliverable ownership or licence transfers only as stated and after full payment.
Are premium plugins, hosting and ad spend included?
Only if expressly stated. Otherwise licences, subscriptions, media budgets, taxes and platform fees are separate.
Can I cancel?
Yes, subject to the proposal and Refund & Cancellation Policy. Completed work, reserved capacity and third-party costs remain payable.
How are credentials handled?
We limit access to scope, prefer role-based or temporary access and use reasonable safeguards. Clients should revoke access after completion unless managed service continues.
Can you work on an existing site or codebase?
Usually after an audit. Legacy, undocumented or compromised systems may need replacement.
How do I report a security issue?
