1. Purpose
This Policy protects Site Guard 365 personnel, clients, providers and the public from unlawful, deceptive, abusive or technically dangerous use of services, systems, code and access.
2. Prohibited activities
- Malware, ransomware, credential theft, phishing, botnets, unauthorised scanning, exploitation or denial-of-service activity.
- Counterfeit, stolen, illegal, infringing, dangerous or prohibited goods and services.
- Spam, purchased lists, fake reviews/followers, deceptive endorsements, impersonation, cloaking or policy circumvention.
- Unlawful, hateful, threatening, exploitative or sexually abusive content.
- Collection or use of personal data without lawful purpose, notice, authority or required consent.
- Copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or database-right infringement.
- Misleading health, financial, legal, political, investment, employment or guaranteed-income claims.
- Bypassing licence controls, account suspensions, identity checks, sanctions or geographic restrictions.
3. Security testing
Testing requires written authorisation identifying targets, dates, methods, contacts and limits. The client must own the target or hold authority. Destructive testing, data extraction, persistence, social engineering or third-party infrastructure testing is prohibited unless expressly authorised and lawful.
4. Client content and campaigns
The client must ensure that supplied products, promotions, claims, targeting and data are lawful and supported. We may request evidence, licences or disclosures and may refuse work that presents material risk.
5. Enforcement
We may pause work, block access, preserve evidence, require remediation, notify the relevant provider or terminate services where we reasonably believe this Policy has been breached. Information may be disclosed where legally required or necessary to prevent serious harm.
