Quick Export
Quick Export provides pre-built customer segments for immediate downloads.
- Open Customer Export → Quick Export
- Select a segment (1 order, 2–5 orders, Last 30 days buyers)
- Click Export CSV or Export XLS
Quick Export always uses your default column configuration from Settings.
Use case: Ideal for weekly campaigns, repeat buyer lists, and fast reporting.
Advanced Export
Advanced Export lets you create highly targeted customer lists.
- Total Orders – filter by purchase count
- Total Spend – isolate high-value customers
- Order Status – defaults to Completed
- Date Range – define activity window
- Search – email, phone, name, city, postal code

Export Folder
- Uploads folder (recommended): wp-content/uploads/SG365-ORDER-EXPORTED/
- Plugin folder (if permitted)
Tip: If your hosting blocks plugin folders, always use the uploads folder.
Default Export Columns
Default WooCommerce format:
first_name,last_name,email,address_line_1,postal_code,city,state,country,phone
Popular CRM format:
first_name,last_name,email,phone,orders_count,total_spend
Supported fields:
- first_name, last_name, email, phone
- address_line_1, address_line_2
- postal_code, city, state, country
- orders_count, total_spend
- product_categories
Troubleshooting
- Preview not loading → regenerate WooCommerce analytics tables
- Export not saving → check folder permissions
- Missing columns → update Default Export Columns
- Old data → refresh WooCommerce analytics
